DanceBUG media is captured and delivered as digital files. Videos and photos can be accessed via our website DanceBUG.com. Files are available to be streamed or downloaded from any web-enabled devices.

Shopping or browsing on a PC
- Go to www.DanceBUG.com
- Login to your DanceBUG account.
- Click on the "SHOP" tile
OR click on MENU sandwich or the SHOP button in the top menu
Then select "Competition Shop"
- If you have a dancer in your account from previous purchases, the website will find recently attended events by your dancer.
- If your account does not yet have a dancer associated with it, if the event you are looking for is not coming up, click on "Search New Dancer"
- Preview your photos by clicking on the routine and scroll through available shots. There is no functionality to preview videos.
Single Dancer All-Inclusive
Once you locate your media you are looking for, you can add all of the routines by clicking on "ADD ALL TO CART"
This package will add all of the media videos and photos (if available) for the package price.
An individual Routine
If you wish to purchase only a single routine, click ADD TO CART under the routine. For some competitions we only provide video service, the media options are customized based on what is available.
If you were looking to only purchase videos OR photos, click on the plus sign to expand your options.
Then select the video or photo option to "ADD TO CART"
Have DanceBUG purple? Your online purchasing will automatically be discounted. Don't have DanceBUG purple? Add a purple subscription and membership discounts will be applied immediately.
Shopping or browsing on the DanceBUG App
- Open your DanceBUG App
- Tap on SHOP when you open the app
OR click on MENU sandwich then tap SHOP
- If you have a dancer in your account from previous purchases, the app will search for your dancer's recently attended events. Tap on the event if that is the media you are looking for
- If you do not have a dancer in your account, or the app cannot locate the event you recently attended, tap "All Events" and fill out the information fields to locate your routines.
- Once you locate the event and routines for your dancer, you can preview the captured photos by tapping on the routine, then scroll through the available shots. There is no functionality to preview vides.
- Add videos and photos to your shopping cart by selecting the photo camera or the video camera logos on the routine, then tap ADD TO CART.
Selected items will be highlighted YELLOW. Previously purchased would be highlighted PURPLE.
- Click on the Cart to checkout and enter in your payment information.
Occasionally, you may receive a special offer in the form of an email. These emails may be sent directly from us to you or forwarded from your studio to you.
- Read through the special offer to confirm it will include the items you are looking for.
- Click on the link in the email.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout.
You will be prompted to log into your DanceBUG account or to create one. Special offers are only accessible from the email sent and not through the online store.
Select competitions include media with their registration fees.

Studio Media Packages
Some studios purchase a media package from a specific competition. Studio Media Package will include all the media performed by your dancer.
Looking for other Competitions
If you are looking for competition media from events that happened before 2017 or if your competition is not listed in the store, please email us the following information:
- Event information (Competition name, location, dates)
- your studio name
- your dancer(s) name
- the routine name(s)
We will be in touch to provide pricing and to confirm if they are available.
