All competition videos & photos in your account can be downloaded and saved.
Your SD media or Standard Definition content will be available usually within 48 hours after the conclusion of your event. Even if your performance happened on Friday, if the event wrapped up on Sunday, it may be that your SD media will not be fully available until Tuesday.
HD media or High Definition content can take up to 14 business days after the media is added to your account. This is because we do not upload the HD unless it is ordered.
DOWNLOAD AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED TO!
You can download your SD media as soon as they are available and return later to download your HD files.
There is no limit to the number of times you can download your content.
ON A PC
Downloading photos on a PC will give you jpeg images.
Downloading videos on a PC will give you MP4 files.
All digital files can be stored, copied, edited, or uploaded wherever you'd like.
ON THE APPS
Downloading photos on the App will add them directly to your camera roll.
Downloading videos on the App will give you the ability to play them offline on your device.
MOBILE PHONE WEB BROWSER
If you are visiting DanceBUG.com on your mobile phone from your web browser, you will not be able to download your media. Use the DanceBUG App found on the App Store for Apple devices or Playstore on Android devices.
